Ghana protests Partey's treatment...tells Canada their player has not been found guilty of rape  Ghana's government has protested to their Canadian counterparts concerning the denial of Black Stars player Thomas Partey entry visa. The Black Stars are scheduled to square up against Panama in their opening game of the 2026 FIFA World Cup in Toronto on Wednesday, but according to the Canadian immigration Partey was "inadmissible" due to his on going trial on rape charges in a London court.  But according to the Ghanaian government Partey has not been convicted of any crime.  "The Government of the Republic of Ghana expresses strong reservations following the high-handed and extremely unfair decision by Canada to refuse a temporary residence application for Mr. Thomas Teye Partey, a Ghanaian national and key member of Ghana’s senior national football team, the Black Stars, which is participating in the 2026 FIFA World Cup,’the country’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs sa...

 LASCOHET COMMENCES POST UTME SCREENING, ADMISSION FOR 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION


The Registrar of Lagos State College of Health Technology, Mr. Christopher Ekundayo has on behalf of the Provost and Management of the College announced the commencement of the post UTME screening and admission process from the 19th May to the 18th of July 2026 for the 2026/27 academic session. 


Mr. Ekundayo stated that the College invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for admission into its various accredited programmes via the college website: https://eportal.lascohet.edu.ng with a payment of N25,000 for the form. 


The Registrar reaffirmed the college’s commitment to producing competent, skilled and globally competitive health professionals capable of meeting the ever-evolving healthcare needs of society. “LASCOHET is one of the oldest and most respected health training institutions, and has continued to provide quality health education”, he said.


Mr. Ekundayo warned candidates against patronising unauthorised admission agents and to follow the duly stated admission process as outlined on the institution's website.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
