Randall Wallace says Mel Gibson warned 'Satan's going to come after you' before writing The Resurrection of the Christ Screenwriter Randall Wallace has revealed that Mel Gibson warned him about potential spiritual challenges before the pair began writing The Resurrection of the Christ, the sequel to The Passion of the Christ. Speaking on Raymond Arroyo's Arroyo Grande podcast, Wallace said he was the one who first suggested making a film focused on the resurrection of Jesus while he and Gibson were promoting Hacksaw Ridge in 2016. “Mel didn't approach me.  NELFUND Warns Institutions Against Withholding Students' Tuition Refunds

The Nigerian Education Loan Fund, NELFUND, says it frowns on reports of tertiary institutions withholding tuition refunds due to students under the Federal Government's student loan scheme.

NELFUND adds that it is engaging the affected institutions and relevant authorities to ensure compliance.

In a statement by its Director of Strategic Communications, Oseyemi Oluwatuyi, NELFUND also condemns  reports of arbitrary increases in tuition and other institutional charges, describing such practices as contrary to the objectives of the student loan programme. The Fund adds that some institutions had delayed or outrightly refused to refund students who paid their tuition fees before NELFUND subsequently disbursed the same fees on their behalf.

NELFUND notes that the student loan scheme was designed to remove financial barriers to higher education and should not become an avenue for placing additional financial burdens on students.
