 Set designer Mary Kate Golding found dead in Queens home as police investigate possible murder-suicide Police are investigating the deaths of television set designer Mary Kate Golding and her husband after the 34-year-old was found fatally stabbed inside her Queens home. According to the New York Police Department, officers responded shortly after midnight on Tuesday, July 21, to a residence in Astoria, where they found Golding with a fatal stab wound to her back. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Several hours later, at about 6:39 a.m., officers responded to a separate 911 call reporting an unconscious person near Astoria Park South and Shore Boulevard. Police found an unresponsive man in the park, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. An NYPD source identified the man as Joseph Azzaretto, Golding's husband.  NSA BROKER PEACE IN WARRI FEDERAL CONSTITUENCY 


Following President Tinubu directive to the National Security Adviser to Peacefully resolve the lingering crisis in the proposed Warri Federal Constituency 11,

representatives of the Ijaw and Itsekiri ethnic nationalities in Delta State have agreed on a power-sharing formula to resolve the dispute over electoral ward delineation carried out by INEC in the area.


In the agreement, the House of Representatives seat will rotate between the Ijaw and Itsekiri ethnic groups, with the Ijaw nationality taking the first turn for two consecutive terms before the seat shifts to the Itsekiri for a similar tenure.


The agreement was signed on behalf of the Ijaw nationality by former Deputy Governor of Delta State, Kingsley Otuaro, and Dr. Eric Omare, while A.S. Mene and Robinson Ariyo signed for the Itsekiri nationality and witnessed by the NSA, DG DSS and the Delta state Governor.
