An Oklahoma woman discovered her husband ra-ped and impregnated her 10-year-old daughter. The mother forced her daughter to give birth at home. The daughter was only 11-years-old.
If that's not all terrible enough, it only gets worse.
When Cherie Walker, 34, found out her daughter was S/A'ed, and became pregnant by her husband, Dustin Walker, 35, she did the unthinkable.
The 10-year-old victim lived with her mom and her stepfather, Dustin, as well as her maternal grandmother, Michelle Justus in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Her stepfather forced himself on her and in the process, the young girl became pregnant.
When Cherie Walker discovered this awful incident occurred, she did everything except help her traumatized and scared daughter. Cherie pulled her daughter out of school immediately and hid her daughter from the public. She also denied her any healthcare.
36 weeks went by and the pregnant 11-year-old had not seen any doctors for over a year. She had to live under the same roof as the man who did this to her.
On August 16th, the 11-year-old went into labor at the home, surrounded by filth. Her mother refused to call for help as the young girl was suffering during the painful and complicated childbirth. The little girl was forced to give birth to her stepfather's healthy baby... but she was not doing well at all. Reports show the little girl was "completely unassisted" during the labor and childbirth seemingly without her mother or grandmother's help.
Someone eventually called 911. However, authorities have not released who made the call. We do know Cherie and Dustin Walker insisted they "had no clue" the young girl was pregnant despite her petite frame and pulling her out of school suddenly; as well as denying her any healthcare and hiding her at home. The grandmother, Michelle Justus, claimed she knew her granddaughter was pregnant but insisted it was a 12-year-old "neighborhood boy's child". She later admitted she said this to protect Dustin Walker.
The 11-year-old was rushed to a hospital and hospitalized on August 16th, 2025. An investigation immediately unfolded when first responders, hospital staff and authorities saw the "severely traumatized child" that was forced to give birth at home. She had severe medical complications due to the home delivery.
A state and police investigation followed, uncovering the horrific conditions the young girl and her siblings were forced to live in.
Authorities and DHS officers arrived at the home and described it as "some of the most horrific neglect they had ever witnessed."
Five other children lived in the home aged 2, 4, 6, 7 and 9.
Authorities reported that they "found the children completely unclothed, malnourished and suffering from severe, untreated medical and dental issues." The children are Cherie and Dustin's biological children.
The home had no running water for approximately 3 years. It was heavily infested with dogs and cats, as well as fleas, and the inside of the home was covered in animal wastes and trash.
The home itself had many broken windows, huge piles of garbage in and out of the home, and the front door was held shut using a bungee cord.
Immediately after the August 2025 arrest, state authorities removed all of the children from the residence and they remain in protective custody of Oklahoma State authorities. They were not only treated for emergency medical and physical trauma but they are also being treated for intense psychological trauma.
A DNA test did determine with a 99.99% match that the 11-year-olds baby was indeed fathered by her stepfather, Dustin.
Cherie Walker has been officially convicted of six counts of child neglect and one count of enabling child sexual a****. The jury has recommended a life sentence and judge will be formally sentencing her at a later date.
Dustin Walker pleaded guilty to one count of sexual a**** and six counts of child neglect, with no plea deal. He was sentenced to life in prison plus an additional 42 years.
Michelle Justus's trial begins this Thursday on the 23rd. She's facing child neglect charges.
Our thoughts are with this innocent young girl and all of the other involved children.
