 DELTA STATE POLICE COMMAND PRESS RELEASE POLICE ARREST TWO SUSPECTED CRIMINALS, RECOVER TWO BERETTA PISTOLS, NINE ROUNDS OF LIVE AMMUNITION, SUSPECTED COCAINE, AND MERCEDES-BENZ SUV The Delta State Police Command has recorded another significant operational success with the arrest of two suspected criminals and the recovery of firearms, live ammunition, suspected cocaine, and other incriminating exhibits during a stop-and-search operation carried out by operatives of the Safer Highway Patrol along the Agbarho–Warri Road on 25 July 2026. The suspects, Omini Ezeri (46) and Chinedum Wagbara (42), both residents of Port Harcourt, Rivers State, were intercepted while travelling in a grey Mercedes-Benz ML SUV with registration number AAA 604 JZ. During preliminary interrogation, a third occupant of the vehicle, God Knows Ifreke, suddenly took to his heels and escaped into a nearby swamp.  Extremely rare 'MoMo' twins born at 32 weeks honored with special ceremony before going home


New Jersey mom Shedeline Pierre Louis recently celebrated bringing home her identical twin daughters after a rare and high‑risk pregnancy. The babies, Shednhee and Claydee, were born prematurely at 32 weeks on May 26 at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. 


Their arrival marked the end of a tense journey, as Pierre Louis had been carrying monochorionic‑monoamniotic (MoMo) twins a condition that occurs in only 0.01% of pregnancies, where both babies share a placenta and a single amniotic sac. 


She admitted she was initially overwhelmed by the risks but credited the hospital staff for guiding her through every step.


MoMo pregnancies are considered extremely dangerous, with complications such as preterm labor, growth restrictions, and umbilical cord entanglement threatening the lives of both babies. 


Dr. Alexander Juusela, a maternal‑fetal medicine specialist, oversaw the delivery and emphasized the importance of careful monitoring and coordinated care. After birth, the twins received specialized treatment in the hospital’s Level 4 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, where they remained until they were strong enough to go home.


On July 23, the twins were discharged in a joyful send‑off, with staff cheering and waving pink pom‑poms. Hospital leaders described the milestone as a testament to advanced maternal and neonatal care, teamwork, and compassion. 


Pierre Louis expressed her gratitude, saying that seeing her daughters healthy and finally home was more than she could have hoped for. 


The hospital’s president, Darrell K. Terry Sr., added that the moment reflected both medical excellence and the deep bond formed between the care team and the young family.
