 Kaylee Hottle, Godzilla vs. Kong actress, dies at 18 after Maryland car crash Kaylee Hottle, the actress known for her roles in Godzilla vs. Kong and Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire, has died at the age of 18. Hottle’s father, Joshua Hottle, confirmed that his daughter died following a car crash in Maryland on Tuesday morning, July 21. According to Joshua, he was informed that Kaylee had been involved in a serious accident and was told she died while being transported to a hospital. He later shared a video on Facebook using American Sign Language, explaining the circumstances of her death and saying he was travelling from Texas to Maryland to claim her body. “I am taking a flight that I never would like to take,” Joshua wrote in the caption accompanying the video.  How A House Agent Demanded ₦3,000 Before Sending A Video Of A Property For Rent – Kaduna Resident Shares Experience


A Kaduna resident has shared his house-hunting experience after alleging that a house agent demanded a ₦3,000 payment before sending a video of a property available for rent.


The resident, Peter Precious, said he and his partner were searching for a two-bedroom apartment near Angwan Boro New Market in Kaduna, where their production facility is located.


According to him, the agent informed them that the physical inspection fee for the apartment was ₦5,000, which he said he considered acceptable. However, when he requested a video of the property because they were unable to leave work immediately, the agent allegedly insisted on a ₦3,000 payment before sending the footage.


Surprised by the request, Precious said he decided not to proceed with the transaction, arguing that property videos help prospective tenants determine whether an apartment is worth inspecting, saving time for both clients and agents.


He stressed that his concern was not the amount involved but what he described as an unnecessary barrier to doing business, adding that customer experience plays a key role in attracting and retaining clients.


The post has since sparked discussions on social media, with users expressing mixed opinions over inspection fees and additional charges by house agents in Kaduna.
