 Kenyan lawyers boycott courts over alleged judicial corruption Kenyan lawyers staged a nationwide boycott of court proceedings on Wednesday to protest alleged judicial corruption and chronic delays. Cases in the East African nation take an average of two years to conclude, according to official records, with lawyers blaming graft and systemic inefficiencies. "The court boycott is going on in courts across the country, with many lawyers heeding the call," Charles Kanjama, the president of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK), told reporters. However, the judiciary said that accountability mechanisms already exist through the Judicial Service Commission and the Office of the Judiciary Ombudsman, where complaints against judges and judicial officers can be lodged and investigated, according to a statement released prior to the boycott.  Interpol Issues Red Notice for Woman Sought Over Monaco Bombing


Interpol has issued a Red Notice for a 39-year-old Ukrainian woman wanted by Monaco authorities in connection with a bombing that injured Ukrainian businessman Vadim Ermolaev and two others.


The international police organisation identified the suspect as Anastasiia Berezovska and published her photograph on its website on Friday. The notice states that Monaco is seeking her arrest on charges including attempted murder.


According to Interpol, Berezovska was born in Ukraine, has dark hair, speaks German and has a tattoo, believed to be a snake, on her right arm between the shoulder and elbow.


Monaco Prosecutor General Stéphane Thibault said the suspect is registered as living in Germany. Investigators believe she fled Monaco shortly after Monday's explosion and may have travelled through France before heading towards Italy. Authorities are continuing efforts to locate her.


The explosion occurred at around 9 p.m. on Monday in the entrance area of an apartment building owned by Ermolaev. Investigators allege that a backpack containing an explosive device was left at the scene and later detonated remotely using a mobile phone.


Ermolaev, 58, sustained shrapnel injuries and burns in the blast. His partner, Anna Nasobina, 46, also suffered serious injuries, while their teenage son was injured but has since recovered and is assisting investigators, according to security sources.


Investigators said surveillance cameras captured the suspect in the area earlier that day before she returned to the building. They also said a witness helped identify her after the incident.


Authorities in Monaco and France have opened a joint investigation into alleged attempted murder, the placement of an explosive device in a public place and criminal conspiracy. Police have warned that the suspect should be approached with caution while the search continues.
