 Sir-Usman Babajo Alleges Threat To His Safety, Fears Possible Arrest Sir-Usman Babajo has raised concerns over what he described as alleged clandestine surveillance of his movements by operatives attached to Operation FUSHIN KADA, saying he fears a possible arrest without due process. In a statement issued on Tuesday, Babajo alleged that security operatives had monitored his movements over the past week with what he described as an apparent intention to effect an “extra-judicial arrest.” Babajo said he had not received any formal written invitation from law enforcement or security agencies, either personally or through his legal representatives. He said the situation had prompted him to take precautions concerning his personal safety, citing concerns about the possibility of being abducted while in transit or being detained without public knowledge. “I remain fully prepared to honor any lawful invitation issued in accordance with due process,” Babajo said, while stressing that he ...

Love Island USA season 7 couple Olandria Carthen and Nic Vansteenberghe split after more than a year together


Olandria Carthen and Nic Vansteenberghe have ended their relationship more than a year after leaving the Love Island USA season 7 villa together.


A source confirmed to PEOPLE that the couple “decided to part ways,” explaining that maintaining their connection became difficult because of the distance between them and their individual schedules.


“They still remain close friends,” the source said. “They share a deep love and respect for each other and will always support one another whenever possible.”


Carthen, 28, and Vansteenberghe, 25, developed their relationship during the season’s Casa Amor twist, which introduced new contestants and gave islanders another opportunity to explore connections.


Carthen previously revealed that she initially held back from pursuing Vansteenberghe because he was paired with Cierra Ortega, who had been coupled with him earlier in the season.


After Ortega left the villa, Carthen said she allowed herself to explore her connection with Vansteenberghe, describing the decision to couple up with him as one of the best choices she made during the show.


Vansteenberghe also spoke positively about their connection during the season, describing himself as Carthen’s “secret admirer from day one.”


The pair continued their relationship after leaving Fiji, but have now decided to move forward separately while remaining on good terms.
