 Okpoko Building Collapse: Ojukwu Condemns Illegal Structure, Orders Demolition ‎ ‎By Chukwuka Ugokwe ‎ ‎The Anambra State Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development, Bar. Chijioke Ojukwu, has on Oct 8, described the collapse of a three-storey building under construction in Okpoko, Ogbaru Local Government Area, as unfortunate. ‎ ‎The incident, which occurred in the Anata Anaba area of the town, claimed the lives of a middle-aged woman and her 14-year-old daughter, amid allegations that warnings about the safety of the building had been ignored. ‎ ‎The victims, identified as Happiness Ugoagu and her daughter, Chikaima, were reportedly asleep in their bedroom when the building collapsed onto their residence. ‎ ‎Ojukwu, who visited the scene alongside officials of the ministry, alleged that substandard materials had been used in the construction.  Marc Anthony welcomes eighth child as he and wife Nadia Ferreira announce birth of daughter Myla


Marc Anthony and his wife Nadia Ferreira have welcomed their second child together, a baby girl named Myla.


The singer, 57, and Ferreira, 27, announced the arrival of their daughter in a joint Instagram post, sharing a photo of their 2-year-old son, Marco, holding his new baby sister.


“What a great blessing to be able to share with you the arrival of our precious MYLA,” the couple wrote in Spanish.


“You can't imagine the happiness we have at home, we are over the moon.”


The couple had previously revealed that they were expecting a baby girl when they announced the pregnancy in January.


Anthony and Ferreira shared the news while celebrating their third wedding anniversary, posting a photo showing their hands placed on Ferreira’s baby bump.


“Happy 3rd anniversary!! Qué regalo tan grande nos da la vida. Dios es grande. Marquito is going to be a big brother,” they wrote.


Myla is Anthony’s eighth child and his second with Ferreira. The singer is also father to six children from previous relationships.


He shares daughter Arianna, 32, and son Chase, 36, with former girlfriend Debbie Rosado; sons Cristian, 25, and Ryan, 22, with ex-wife Dayanara Torres; and twins Emme and Maximilian, 18, with former wife Jennifer Lopez.


Anthony and Ferreira married in 2023 and welcomed their first child, son Marco, later that year.
