 A Michigan man gave his life, assuring his wife's safety, when a relaxing Sunday on the lake took a tragic turn. 61-year-old John Gagnon and his wife were enjoying a peaceful Sunday afternoon on Wycamp Lake in Emmet County when a boat malfunction would change everything.  While the couple were navigating the waters of Wycamp Lake, their jon boat began to take on water. The situation quickly worsened to the point that the boat capsized, dumping both John and his wife into the water.  John immediately switched into protective mode and began assisting his wife to shore. The lake is known for not being deep with just 7 feet being the deepest part. Unfortunately, at some point as the two were making their way to shore, John's wife suddenly realized he was no longer guiding her.  She began to frantically scan the water, but there was no sign of John anywhere. As the reality of her situation began to sink in, she had a stroke of luck when a kayaker noticed her in the water...

 National Communication Team And Ministry Of Foreign Affairs Brief President Tinubu


In a seeming interest to hear feedback from Nigerians, President Bola Tinubu has met with the National Communication team.


Minister of Information and National Orientation, Mohammed Idris led the delegation comprising the Presidential media team and heads of government media agencies for the meeting at the presidential villa this Tuesday evening.


The Minister revealed that the routine meeting afforded them the opportunity to brief the President on several issues regarding the perception of Nigerians while the President in turn explained direction of his administration.


Meanwhile the President also received a briefing from the Minister of state for Foreign Affairs, Sola Enikanolaiye who just received a South African envoy on the attacks on Black foreigners in their country.
