 ANAMBRA SHMB WARNS HEALTH INFORMATION OFFICERS OVER LATE REPORTS, REITERATES 7TH-DAY DEADLINE By Ebele Egoh The Anambra State Hospital Management Board (SHMB) has urged Health Information Management Officers to ensure accurate medical records, timely data submission and strict protection of patients’ confidential information to strengthen healthcare delivery across the state. The Director of Medical Support Services of the Board, Mrs Nneka Uzor, gave the call during a meeting and training session for health information personnel held on Oct. 9 at the SHMB conference hall. Mrs Uzor stressed that maintaining complete medical records and safeguarding patients’ information are essential professional responsibilities, cautioning  the officers against disclosing sensitive health information to unauthorised persons and urged them to uphold the highest standards of confidentiality.   “Not all Kutis use narcotics” — Afrobeat singer Made Kuti addresses family misconception


Afrobeat singer, Made Kuti, has dismissed the misconception that all members of the Kuti family use narcotics. 


Speaking with TheCable on the sidelines of the United States mission’s 250th Independence Day celebration in Lagos, the singer said many people wrongly assume he and his relatives use drugs.


“A lot of people think I smoke, but I don’t, and even my dad has quit. So, there is a big misconception that the family are all into narcotics, but most of us are not,” he said.


When asked to describe himself in three words, Made chose “hardworking, loyal and passionate,” adding with a joke that “loyal” fits because “I’m a married man”.


When asked which Nigerian artiste he currently listens to, Made named his grandfather.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
