LAGOS UNVEILS NATIONAL INTERMEDIATE GAMES’ MASCOT IN READINESS FOR HOSTING COMPETITION . (PHOTOS). #PRESS RELEASE.
Former Lawmaker representing Kaduna Central, Shehu Sani, has criticised lawmakers who express views on social media that they are unwilling to make on the floor of the National Assembly.
In a statement, Sani said any senator or lawmaker who cannot openly express in the legislative chamber what they post on Facebook is either "a coward or a hypocrite."
According to him, the legislative chamber remains the appropriate platform for lawmakers to demonstrate their role as members of the opposition rather than relying on social media platforms.
Sani also took a swipe at lawmakers who use artificial intelligence (AI) to generate content for their social media accounts, saying such individuals should not be taken seriously.
The former senator, who is the All Progressives Congress (APC) senatorial candidate for Kaduna Central, made the remarks in a statement shared on his social media platform.
