 LASCOPA INTRODUCES TOLL-FREE LINE FOR CONSUMERS, URGES RESIDENTS TO REPORT FAKE, EXPIRED PRODUCTS, POOR SERVICES  The Lagos State Government has urged residents to "tell it to LASCOPA" by promptly reporting fake, expired, adulterated and counterfeit products, misleading advertisements, poor services and other consumer-related violations through the Lagos State Consumer Protection Agency's toll-free consumer helpline, 080 0005 2726, or by email at lasgcopa@gmail.com or the Agency's Social media handles - Facebook: lascopa, Instagram: lasgcopa, X (Twitter): lasgcopa  The General Manager/Chief Executive Officer of LASCOPA, Afolabi Solebo, Esq., stated that the toll-free line provides consumers with a direct, accessible channel to report violations, seek guidance and get timely action.  APC DISOWNS ABAYOMI HUNYE AS GOVERNORSHIP CANDIDATE FOR OGUN STATE 


The All Progressives Congress has disowned Mr. Abayomi Hunye who has gone on self declaration as the Governorship Candidate on the platform of the APC as an impostor and currently running suspension by the Party. 


A statement by the party's national secretary Dr. Ajibola Basiru explains that Abayomi Hunye's self-

declaration as the Governorship Candidate of the Party for the 2027

election is completely false, unauthorized, and a mischievous act aimed at misleading the public.


It further states Mr. Abayomi Hunye is not a member of the APC in good standing as he was suspended from the Party on April 7th, 2026, following a

petition from his Tube Ward, in Ipokia Local Government Area.


The suspension was not arbitrary but a grassroots decision driven by the

Ward Executives in Tube Ward, ratified by the Ipokia Local Government Area,

and formally approved by the Ogun State Working Committee and copied to INEC. It urges members of the public to disregard his claims.
