COURT ADJOURNS EL-RUFAI, SIX OTHERS' #8.68 BILLION FRAUD CASE TO DECEMBER 8 The Federal High Court sitting in Kaduna has adjourned the trial of former Kaduna State Governor, Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai, and six others over alleged corruption and money laundering involving an ₦8.68 billion Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) surveillance contract to December 8, 2026, following changes in the legal teams representing the prosecution and the first defendant. A statement by Head Media and Public Communications(ICPC), Okor Odey says the matter instituted by Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC), came up before Honourable Justice Hauwa’u Buhari of the Federal High Court, Kaduna Judicial Division, where the newly appointed prosecution counsel, Ibrahim Muktar, announced his appearance and informed the court of a change in the prosecution team. PUBLIC SAFETY ADVISORY


CAUTION AGAINST RECKLESS SKATING ON PUBLIC HIGHWAYS


Following public outcry over the activities of individuals using skating shoes on public highways in a manner that obstructs traffic and poses risks to other road users, the Borno State Police Command wishes to categorically caution against such practices.


2. The Command acknowledges and appreciates the enthusiasm of young people for skating, kinaesthetic activities and sports. However, all road users are required to comply with existing road safety and traffic regulations.


3⁠. Individuals engaged in skating are therefore advised to use designated playgrounds, sports centres and suitable/approved roads, where such activities can be conducted safely without obstructing or endangering other road users.


4. The Borno State Police Command will not hesitate to take appropriate action against anyone whose activities constitute an obstruction, endangerment or violation of applicable traffic regulations.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
