Addressing her critics, Amusa explained that by the time she noticed the post, it had already generated significant traffic. She expressed surprise at the level of hostility and the harsh comments directed at her, explaining that she initially intended to take the post down before realizing how much traction it had gained.
"I came to see which post it was, then I saw which one it was. Wanting to take it off, I realized that it had generated hundred thousands of comments and all that," she stated. "Seeing some of the comments, the insults, people cursing on me over a post that had been scheduled even long before we got the news of uncle Ogogo."
