 Jury in Lindsay Clancy trial says it cannot reach unanimous verdict in children’s killings  Jurors in the Lindsay Clancy trial told the judge Tuesday that they had been unable to reach a unanimous decision on whether the Massachusetts mother should be held criminally responsible for killing her three young children in 2023. The announcement came near the beginning of the jury’s fourth day of deliberations and marked the first indication that the panel had reached an impasse. Judge William Sullivan instructed the jurors to continue deliberating after they reported they could not agree. Clancy remained seated and looked toward the jury as Sullivan addressed the panel. The judge noted the length and complexity of the trial, which included more than 80 witnesses and more than 300 exhibits. George and Amal Clooney’s relationship continues to shine even in the face of adversity. The couple recently endured a frightening ordeal when wildfires swept through southern France, forcing them to evacuate their estate in Brignoles. 


The incident came only months after George celebrated his 65th birthday in grand style, underscoring how quickly life can shift from celebration to crisis.


Despite the disruption, the Clooneys soon reemerged in Italy, spotted enjoying a glamorous evening at Villa Passalacqua in Lake Como. Dressed in coordinated white ensembles, the pair radiated happiness during their date night. 


George opted for a relaxed monochrome look with aviator glasses and his signature silver hair, while Amal captivated in a silk gown with a plunging neckline, accessorized with bold jewelry. 


Their affectionate gestures, including holding hands and interacting warmly with guests, highlighted their enduring bond.


The stylish outing offered a welcome reprieve after the uncertainty surrounding their French home, where they raise their twins, Alexander and Ella. 


In a letter to the mayor of Brignoles, the Clooneys expressed sorrow over the possible loss of their property but emphasized that their foremost concern was the safety of the community. 


“We love Brignoles and our friends who live there,” they wrote, pledging to help however they could.


 Their resilience and commitment to both family and community reflect the strength of their partnership, proving that their love burns brighter than any wildfire.
