Imo Government Bans Street Trading, Hawking on Major Owerri Roads The Imo State Government has banned street trading, hawking, illegal roadside structures, and the loading and offloading of goods along major roads within the state capital, Owerri. The affected roads are Rotobi, Royce, and Douglas, all located in the heart of the city. The directive was contained in a joint press statement issued by the General Manager of the Owerri Capital Development Authority (OCDA), Franklin Nkem Nzewodo, and the Special Adviser to the Governor on Monitoring and Compliance, Chinasa Nwaneri. According to the officials, trading activities along these major roads contribute to traffic obstruction, which sometimes leads to accidents.  “Hilda Baci and Dapper are no longer together” — Lawyer reacts after Seyi Vibez drags celebrity chef into music label drama


Entertainment lawyer Synord has reacted after celebrity chef Hilda Baci was mentioned in the ongoing controversy involving music executive Dapper.


The lawyer questioned why Hilda was being dragged into the matter, describing Seyi Vibez’s comment as unfair.


“How did Hilda get dragged into this? From where to where. This is not appropriate at all. She's not even with him any longer. A very unfair tweet,” he wrote on X.


His comment came after Seyi Vibez made a post referencing Hilda while taking shots at Dapper amid the ongoing allegations involving the music executive and several artistes.


Seyi Vibez had written: “I chop Hilda Baci food one day. Na the same Dapper give me. The food almost kill me.”
