Imo Government Bans Street Trading, Hawking on Major Owerri Roads The Imo State Government has banned street trading, hawking, illegal roadside structures, and the loading and offloading of goods along major roads within the state capital, Owerri. The affected roads are Rotobi, Royce, and Douglas, all located in the heart of the city. The directive was contained in a joint press statement issued by the General Manager of the Owerri Capital Development Authority (OCDA), Franklin Nkem Nzewodo, and the Special Adviser to the Governor on Monitoring and Compliance, Chinasa Nwaneri. According to the officials, trading activities along these major roads contribute to traffic obstruction, which sometimes leads to accidents. They stressed that Eke Ukwu Owerri Market, Relief Market, Cluster International Market, and Egbeada International Market remain the designated markets within Owerri Municipal, noting that the mentioned roads are not approved trading locations.  Kate Walsh reveals key to romance with fiancé Andrew Nixon: 'We have a pretty fun life'


Kate Walsh shared her approach to keeping romance alive with fiancé Andrew Nixon, saying their relationship thrives on treating each day as a “discovery.” 


Speaking at the opening night of The Winter’s Tale in New York, the Grey’s Anatomy star explained that they balance quiet time at home with traveling the world, keeping things fresh by staying open to new experiences. Walsh emphasized that their lifestyle ensures no two days feel the same.


The actress also highlighted their love of theater as a favorite date activity, noting how being back in New York allows them to support the arts and enjoy performances by friends. 


Walsh and Nixon first met in 2020 during a National Geographic expedition to Antarctica, and she recently celebrated his birthday with a heartfelt Instagram tribute. 


She described their adventures together from safaris to sea voyages and called him “the best man I know,” expressing her deep affection.


Professionally, Walsh has had a busy year, returning to her iconic role as Dr. Addison Montgomery in Grey’s Anatomy’s 22nd season. Her reappearance marked her first since season 19, adding to her history of guest spots following her departure from the series. 


Walsh also starred in the spinoff Private Practice for six seasons, cementing her place as a beloved figure in the medical drama universe while balancing her personal happiness with Nixon.
