In a bid to build a skilled, adaptable and productive workforce, the Lagos State Government, through the Ministry of Establishments and Training, has commenced a dual job-specific training programme for Engineers and Human Resource Officers in the State Civil Service.
The training, which has over 200 participants in attendance, is designed to equip them with relevant knowledge and practical skills to effectively respond to emerging challenges in the workplace. The programme is being held concurrently at the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI).
The Engineering training programme focused on the theme “Effective Engineering Solutions for Public Sector Challenges,” while the Human Resource programme was on “Human Resource and Organisational Management.”
