Terrifying new dashcam footage shows moment doomed NBC helicopter falls out of the sky The terrifying moment an NBC helicopter fell out of the sky and plunged into the ground near where an SUV had slammed into a Metro bus was caught on dashcam. The video, obtained by KTLA, shows the helicopter descending, caught from afar on the vehicle camera of Yera Valencia. She said: “I downloaded the video of my dashcam. It’s a little dot on the video. It’s a crisp video and it just goes down.” She added: “God, it’s so close, it could have happened to anyone. My parents walk down the street.” The two back-to-back Tuesday night crashes resulted in five deaths — two involving the bus and SUV, and three as a result of the chopper going down, killing reporter Eliana Moreno, pilot George Marciniw and pedestrian Edy Gutierrez Mejia.

 NORTHERN SENATORS FORUM CONDEMNS FRIDAY'S TERRORISTS ATTACK IN NIGER STATE 


The Northern Senators Forum has condemned last Friday's terrorist attack in Borgu Local Government Area of Niger State during which gunmen abducted hundreds of worshippers at Kpenya Mosque after Jumat prayers.


In a statement by the Chairman  Senator Abdulaziz Musa Yar'Adua describes the security breach  which also occured in gidan Zana and Kpenya villages, as barbaric.


The forum calls on the Nigerian Armed Forces, Police and DSS to intensify rescue operations for the safe release of all abductees.


The Forum also urges the Federal Government to send urgent relief and strengthen security in Borgu and other border communities.
