  Cops crash massive LA street takeover, towing 100 cars and detaining hundreds Cops sprung a massive sting on alleged street-racing hooligans in South Los Angeles early Saturday — reportedly detaining hundreds and preparing to haul away scores of vehicles. The Los Angeles Police Department told The California Post that officers issued a tactical alert at 3:21 a.m. and were still working the scene hours later, as of 9 a.m. No details were immediately available on arrests or citations from the LAPD. Video from the scene showed dozens of officers surrounding a massive crowd as people wandered between cars trapped at the intersection of South Figueroa Street and West Alondra Boulevard. Tow trucks stood by, ready to pounce.  Osun decides: Over 100 ‘imported’ voters arrested with new PVCs


Over hundred intending voters allegedly imported by an Accord Party member ahead of the gubernatorial election in Osun State have been arrested.


The voters carrying new Permanent Voter Cards, PVCs, were camped at the residence of one Hon Abiola Ibrahim ahead of the election.


In a video clip going viral on social media, the alleged imported voters were seeing being interrogated by security operatives.


When questioned, Abiola Ibrahim confessed that the large group of persons were camped at his residence to vote for the Accord Party in the election already kicking off.


Ibrahim is reportedly a member of the Osun State House of Assembly representing Irewole-Isokan Constituency.


Efforts by newsmen to reach the Osun State Police Command for immediate reaction were unsuccessful at press time
