  Four rapes rock California college in the first three weeks of semester Four rapes have been reported at Cal State San Marcos since the start of September, with each incident involving people who knew one another, according to the university. The reports were made on four separate dates and involved three locations: The Quad on Sept. 5 and Sept. 18, University Village Apartments on Sept. 6 and Black Oak Hall on Sept. 13. Jerry McCormick, a spokesperson for Cal State San Marcos, confirmed the reports to the California Post and said the four incidents are not believed to be connected. In each case, McCormick said, the individuals involved knew one another. “Sexual assault is never acceptable and is never the survivor’s fault. Paris Jackson Recalls First Meeting Her Mother Debbie Rowe After Reconnecting With Her at 15

Paris Jackson has recalled how she first met her mother, Debbie Rowe, after reconnecting with her as a teenager.

Speaking on the Aug. 12 episode of Call Her Daddy, the 28-year-old said she first asked about her mother when she was around 10 or 11. 

After being given Rowe’s name, she said she moved on without asking further questions.

Paris said they eventually connected when she was about 15 and became closer toward the end of her teenage years.

She described their first meeting as casual, recalling that she came downstairs to find Rowe with her grandmother. “I was just like, ‘Hey, Mom,’ and she was like, ‘Hi,’” Paris said. They then spent the day together.

Looking back, Paris said she has learned to approach relationships without fixed expectations, saying this allows connections to develop naturally.

Rowe, 67, was married to Michael Jackson from 1996 to 2000 and had two children with him, Prince and Paris. After their divorce, Rowe gave Jackson full custody of the children.

Paris and Rowe later went through periods of estrangement before beginning to reconnect. A PEOPLE source said in 2013 that they had started rebuilding their relationship with the support of Paris’ grandmother, Katherine Jackson.
