 EFCC Arraigns One for  N700m Fraud in Lagos  The Lagos Zonal Directorate 1 of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Friday, September 4, 2026, arraigned Osaretin Osagiede before Justice Olukayode Ogunjobi of the Lagos State High Court sitting in Ikeja,  over an alleged N700 million fraud. Osagiede is standing trial on a three-count charge bordering on unauthorised access to computer material and receiving stolen property to the tune of N700 million.  Count one reads: “That you Osaretin Osagiede and Zacharia Lorshe (at large), between March, 2025 and January 2026, in Lagos, within the jurisdiction of this Honourable Court, intentionally caused the Ravenpay user accounts' two-factor authentication (2FA) method to be bypassed, with the intent to secure unauthorised access to the bank's data and committed an offence contrary to Section 387 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State 2011.  Rapper Ms Jorji Accuses Entertainer Poco Lee of Attempted Sexual Assault


Emerging Nigerian rapper Ms Jorji has made grave allegations against prominent dancer and entertainer Iweh Pascal Odinaka, widely known as Poco Lee. The artist accused Poco Lee of attempted sexual assault during an encounter in Dallas, Texas.


These shocking revelations surface amidst ongoing speculation and media reports surrounding the dancer's alleged legal troubles and reported arrest in the United Kingdom.


Details of the Alleged Dallas Incident


According to Ms Jorji, the incident occurred after she and a female friend accepted an invitation to visit Poco Lee's apartment. The rapper explained that she had sought out the popular entertainer in hopes of securing professional mentorship and guidance to help advance her music career.


However, Ms Jorji claims the situation quickly deteriorated when Poco Lee allegedly began making aggressive, unwanted physical advances. She further alleged that the entertainer attempted to coerce her friend and tried to force her into a separate room.


The rapper stated that she and her friend managed to physically fight off his advances, ultimately pushing him away before fleeing the apartment. The two women then embarked on a multi-hour drive back to their destination that same night to escape the situation.


Addressing the Silence and Music Industry Pressures


When questioned about why she chose to remain silent about the incident until now, Ms Jorji cited fear and the intimidating power dynamics of the entertainment industry. She confessed to worrying that the public would doubt her testimony given Poco Lee's massive influence and celebrity status.


Reflecting on the traumatic event, Ms Jorji stated that they ended up fighting him off to escape the situation. She noted that coming forward against a prominent figure in the industry is incredibly daunting for rising female artists.


In addition to her specific accusations against Poco Lee, Ms Jorji highlighted a systemic issue within the music business. She lamented that demands for sexual favors in exchange for career advancement remain alarmingly common, revealing that other industry figures have made similar predatory demands of her in the past.
