Seyi Vibez Sparks Controversy with Explosive Claims Against Dapper Music and Hilda Baci

Popular Nigerian street-pop artist Balogun Olamilekan Oluwaseyi, widely known as Seyi Vibez, has ignited social media with a series of explosive allegations targeting music executive Damilola 'Dapper' Akinwunmi and his record label, Dapper Music. In a viral outburst on X (formerly Twitter), the singer claimed he was the foundational pillar of the executive's success, asserting that his own hard-earned funds were used to build the brand.

'I Made Dapper': Seyi Vibez Claims Financial Exploitation

Seyi Vibez did not hold back as he addressed the ongoing friction surrounding Dapper Music and the artists currently signed to the platform. According to the 'Chance' hitmaker, his earnings and catalog revenue were leveraged to sign other acts to the label, claiming his financial success paved the way for the company's expansion.

'I am bigger than the whole Dapper and his entire generation,' Seyi Vibez wrote. 'And my money was the money being used to sign all the artists he signed since Chance Naham! Allah walai. I made Dapper.'

Shocking Allegations Involving Hilda Baci

In a bizarre twist, the singer dragged popular Nigerian culinary star and former Guinness World Record holder, Hilda Baci, into the unfolding drama. Seyi Vibez alleged that the catalog earnings from artists signed to the label were being diverted to fund the celebrity chef's cosmetic procedures, specifically referencing a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL).

Furthermore, the artist recalled a disturbing past encounter involving food allegedly provided to him by Dapper, which he claims left him severely ill. 'I ate Hilda Baci's food one day. It was the same Dapper who gave it to me. The food almost killed me,' the artist alleged, hinting at a much deeper personal rift between himself and the music executive.

Concerns for Signed Artists

Expressing concern for other creatives currently under Dapper Music's roster, Seyi Vibez accused the executive of taking unfair advantage of his talents. He concluded his social media rant with a prayer for the artists still associated with the platform, hoping they find a way to navigate their contractual freedom.

• Seyi Vibez alleges his catalog funds financed other artist signings.

• The singer claims Dapper Music diverted funds for personal expenditures involving Hilda Baci.

• He expressed fears for the safety and careers of other signees currently under the label.

As of the time of writing, neither Dapper Music nor Hilda Baci has issued an official response to these viral allegations.
