Imo Government Bans Street Trading, Hawking on Major Owerri Roads The Imo State Government has banned street trading, hawking, illegal roadside structures, and the loading and offloading of goods along major roads within the state capital, Owerri. The affected roads are Rotobi, Royce, and Douglas, all located in the heart of the city. The directive was contained in a joint press statement issued by the General Manager of the Owerri Capital Development Authority (OCDA), Franklin Nkem Nzewodo, and the Special Adviser to the Governor on Monitoring and Compliance, Chinasa Nwaneri. According to the officials, trading activities along these major roads contribute to traffic obstruction, which sometimes leads to accidents. They stressed that Eke Ukwu Owerri Market, Relief Market, Cluster International Market, and Egbeada International Market remain the designated markets within Owerri Municipal, noting that the mentioned roads are not approved trading locations.  Sudan army chief declares Khartoum safe, says armed forces belong to all Sudanese


Sudan’s army chief and Sovereignty Council Chairman Abdel Fattah al-Burhan said on Saturday that the armed forces are a national institution representing all Sudanese and do not belong to any tribe or particular group, while declaring Khartoum safe and stable, Anadolu Agency reported.


Of Sudan’s 18 states, the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) control the five states of Darfur in western Sudan, except for parts of North Darfur that remain under army control, according to the latest territorial picture. The army controls most of the remaining 13 states, including the capital, Khartoum.


Sudan has been engulfed in conflict between the army and the RSF since April 2023, a war that has killed tens of thousands of people and displaced nearly 13 million others, according to UN and international estimates.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
