 Payment of Assessment Fee, not Building Permit , Planning Ministry Clarifies. By Ruth Orji The Anambra State Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development has  clarified developers  that payment of an assessment fee does not automatically confer approval or grant a development permit. The Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development, Barr. Chijioke Ojukwu, stated this in a statement issued on August 24. According to the Commissioner, many developers mistakenly assume that payment of the assessment fee amounts to the approval of their building plans or the issuance of a development permit. He explained that Section 19 of the Physical Planning Regulations clearly states that payment of an assessment fee does not amount to the grant of a building permit, as the fee is strictly an application fee.  Zendaya and Tom Holland celebrate reported wedding with private gathering at U.K. country estate


Zendaya and Tom Holland have celebrated their marriage with a private gathering attended by family and friends in Surrey, U.K.


According to a source, the Spider-Man stars hosted the event on August 4 at Beaverbrook Hotel, a luxury country house estate near Holland’s hometown of Kingston upon Thames.


The celebration featured a natural theme, with Holland’s brothers Sam, Harry and Paddy among those attending. The brothers reportedly stayed in cottages on the estate and wore black tuxedos with wildflowers placed on their jackets.


The gathering follows years of public interest in Zendaya and Holland’s relationship. The pair first met while filming Spider-Man and initially described themselves as close friends before their relationship was confirmed publicly in 2021.


Zendaya sparked engagement speculation in January 2025 after wearing a diamond ring at the Golden Globes. PEOPLE later reported that the couple were engaged.


Earlier this year, designer Law Roach suggested the pair had already married, and Zendaya continued to fuel speculation after appearing at public events wearing a wedding band.


Holland later confirmed their marriage while discussing fake AI-generated wedding images, telling Esquire that his family members were not fooled because they had attended the real wedding.


Representatives for Zendaya, Holland and Beaverbrook Hotel had not publicly commented on the celebration.
