 Anambra Govt Warns Against Purchase of Encroached Land at Trans-Nkissi By MaryAnn Chukwuma The Anambra State Ministry of Lands has warned members of the public against purchasing plots at TransNkissi Phase 1, behind the Federal Government Girls College, Onitsha, from persons claiming ownership on behalf of the Umuosodi family of Onitsha. The warning was contained in a public notice dated Sept. 28, 2026, with Ref. No. PS/ML/2026/CR/VOL.II/028 and signed by the Permanent Secretary, Mrs Nkeiru Mokwe, for the Commissioner. According to the notice, the Ministry became aware that persons alleged to be members of the Umuosodi family had invaded and commenced clearing portions of the land with the intention of selling them to unsuspecting members of the public. It said compensatory plots had been allocated to the family and other families in Onitsha before the current administration.  APC WELCOMES MASS DEFECTION, PROMISES INTEGRATION OF NEW MEMBERS


The All Progressives Congress, APC, says it is ready to receive and integrate more than 10,000 members of various political parties into the party. 

The Personal Private Secretary to the APC National Chairman, Professor Nentawe Yilwatda, Jibrin Bancir, stated this when he received executive members of the Maji Johnson Bello Movement at the party’s National Secretariat in Abuja.


Bancir said the decision by members of the Movement to join the APC demonstrates growing confidence in the party and the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.


He assured the incoming members of seamless integration into the party’s structures, beginning from the ward level, stressing that their grassroots mobilisation capacity would be put to good use.


The Chairman of the Maji Johnson Bello Movement, Maji Johnson Bello, said the decision to join the APC followed the Movement’s assessment of the economic reforms being implemented by President Tinubu.


Bello said the Movement would deploy its grassroots network to mobilise more Nigerians into the APC ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
