 A Chester, Illinois man was recently arrested and charged for crimes against  at least one minor. When his mugshot was shared, with the charges included, several other young ladies came forward and told their stories.  Joshua Addison, 37-years-old, was arrested and charged on September 25th for incidents that happened approximately May, 13th of this year. He is currently in the Randolph County Jail.  When the news broke, several (at least 6) females shared screenshots and stories alleging Addison had sent them inappropriate messages. One individual shared a screenshot exhibiting that she confronted Addison and reminded him they were cousins. In that same exchange, the young lady asked if Addison knew her age.  FG WOOS DANISH INVESTORS TO NIGERIA’S MARITIME SECTOR


The Federal Government has called on Danish investors and businesses to take advantage of the vast investment opportunities in Nigeria’s marine and blue economy to invest in the sector. 


The Minister of Marine and Blue Economy Adegboyega Oyetola made the call in Copenhagen, Denmark during a bilateral meeting with Denmark’s Minister for Business and Competitiveness, Martin Lidegaard, as Nigeria steps up efforts to attract Danish investment, technology and expertise into the country’s maritime sector.


The minister in a statement by his Special Adviser Bolaji Akinola says Nigeria has moved beyond establishing the institutional framework for the Marine and Blue Economy, but now entering a phase focused on project development, investment mobilisation, improved sector performance and capacity building.


Lidegaard welcomes the prospect of closer engagement with Nigeria’s Marine and Blue Economy agenda, stressing the importance of practical partnerships involving businesses, government agencies, technology providers and knowledge institutions.


It adds, the meeting is part of the activities of the Nigerian Ministerial Delegation to Denmark on Maritime and the Blue Economy.
