 ANAMBRA SHMB WARNS HEALTH INFORMATION OFFICERS OVER LATE REPORTS, REITERATES 7TH-DAY DEADLINE By Ebele Egoh The Anambra State Hospital Management Board (SHMB) has urged Health Information Management Officers to ensure accurate medical records, timely data submission and strict protection of patients’ confidential information to strengthen healthcare delivery across the state. The Director of Medical Support Services of the Board, Mrs Nneka Uzor, gave the call during a meeting and training session for health information personnel held on Oct. 9 at the SHMB conference hall. Mrs Uzor stressed that maintaining complete medical records and safeguarding patients’ information are essential professional responsibilities, cautioning  the officers against disclosing sensitive health information to unauthorised persons and urged them to uphold the highest standards of confidentiality.  Fighter jet dramatically intercepts aircraft flying over Camp David’s restricted airspace — causing concern with Trump in town


A NORAD fighter jet intercepted an aircraft flying over Camp David’s restricted air space Saturday — and briefly caused concern with the president in town.


President Trump flew to the presidential retreat in Maryland’s Catoctin mountains Friday night, and is set to remain there through the weekend.


The First Air Force, which is part of US Northern Command, announced the intrusion on X.


“Pilots! @NORADCommand fighter aircraft intercepted an aircraft violating restricted airspace over Thurmont, MD, resulting in flares being deployed,” it said.


“Make sure to check NOTAMs before takeoff to ensure you have current information about TFRs in your area,” the post continued, referencing updates called Notices to Airmen.
