 ‎‎NAF RECEIVES FIVE NEW HELICOPTERS AS FG ACCELERATES AIRPOWER MODERNISATION ‎ The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has taken delivery of five new helicopters as the Federal Government accelerates efforts to modernize Nigeria’s airpower capabilities and strengthen the Armed Forces’ capacity to respond effectively to contemporary security challenges.  ‎ ‎A statement by the Director of Public Relations and Information Air Commodore Ehimen Ejodame indicates that the platforms comprise three AW-109 Trekker B helicopters  and two H-125 helicopters. ‎ The three AW-109s, which form part of 10 recently acquired by the Federal Government, were received in Lagos on 15 September 2026, with the remaining seven expected to be delivered before the end of 2026. ‎ ‎The Chief of the Air Staff, Air Marshal Sunday Aneke, described the acquisition as another significant milestone in the Federal Government’s sustained investment in the modernization and re-equipment of the NAF noting that the new pl...

Gisele Bündchen’s latest interview captures how deeply motherhood continues to shape her life and priorities. At 46, she describes welcoming her youngest son with Joaquim Valente as “such a gift,” explaining that she feels freer and more grounded than she did earlier in her career. 


She shared a sweet anecdote about her 16‑month‑old, who mimicked her cleaning a park in Miami with a paper towel, showing how even small moments with children can feel profound.


Beyond her youngest, Bündchen is also raising Benjamin, 16, and Vivian, 13, with ex‑husband Tom Brady. She admitted she turns down most job offers to avoid missing her kids’ milestones whether it’s a volleyball game, a DJ set, or simply time at the park. 


For her, family comes first, and she wants her legacy to be defined by being “a great mum” who helped her children become the best versions of themselves.


Her reflections highlight how parenting later in life has given her a new perspective. She sees children as a chance to relive life with greater presence and joy, and she’s channeling that into her choices both personally and professionally.
