Terrifying new dashcam footage shows moment doomed NBC helicopter falls out of the sky The terrifying moment an NBC helicopter fell out of the sky and plunged into the ground near where an SUV had slammed into a Metro bus was caught on dashcam. The video, obtained by KTLA, shows the helicopter descending, caught from afar on the vehicle camera of Yera Valencia. She said: “I downloaded the video of my dashcam. It’s a little dot on the video. It’s a crisp video and it just goes down.” She added: “God, it’s so close, it could have happened to anyone. My parents walk down the street.” The two back-to-back Tuesday night crashes resulted in five deaths — two involving the bus and SUV, and three as a result of the chopper going down, killing reporter Eliana Moreno, pilot George Marciniw and pedestrian Edy Gutierrez Mejia.

 Kachia Chairman Presents Mercedes-Benz To Vice Chairman For Dedicated Service


The Executive Chairman of Kachia Local Government Council, Dr. Manzo Daniel Maigari, has presented a brand-new Mercedes-Benz vehicle to the council’s Vice Chairman, Hon. Hussaini Abdullahi, in recognition of his dedication and commitment to public service.


The presentation was announced by the Manzo Media Centre (MMC) in a statement dated September 16, 2026.


According to the statement, Maigari said the gesture was aimed at appreciating Abdullahi’s contributions to the administration of Kachia Local Government and his support for the implementation of programmes and initiatives focused on improving the welfare of residents.


The chairman commended the vice chairman for his diligence, cooperation and sense of responsibility in carrying out his official duties.


Maigari also stressed the importance of teamwork, loyalty and collective commitment in achieving the council’s development objectives.


In his response, Abdullahi thanked the chairman for the vehicle, describing it as a gesture of recognition and encouragement.


He reaffirmed his commitment to working with the chairman, principal officers and other stakeholders to strengthen the administration and contribute to the development of Kachia Local Government.


The MMC said the presentation reflected what it described as a spirit of teamwork and mutual appreciation within the administration.
