 ANAMBRA SHMB WARNS HEALTH INFORMATION OFFICERS OVER LATE REPORTS, REITERATES 7TH-DAY DEADLINE By Ebele Egoh The Anambra State Hospital Management Board (SHMB) has urged Health Information Management Officers to ensure accurate medical records, timely data submission and strict protection of patients’ confidential information to strengthen healthcare delivery across the state. The Director of Medical Support Services of the Board, Mrs Nneka Uzor, gave the call during a meeting and training session for health information personnel held on Oct. 9 at the SHMB conference hall. Mrs Uzor stressed that maintaining complete medical records and safeguarding patients’ information are essential professional responsibilities, cautioning  the officers against disclosing sensitive health information to unauthorised persons and urged them to uphold the highest standards of confidentiality. Scarlett Johansson shows off her dramatic back tattoos in a red-hot strapless dress

Scarlett in scarlet! Scarlett Johansson just delivered one of her most memorable red carpet moments yet at the London Film Festival on October 10th. The actress was there for a special screening of her new animated film Ray Gunn, and her look was both striking and deeply personal.

The 41-year-old star stunned in a bright scarlet red strapless dress from Hermès. The dress featured a beautifully gathered bust, a sculptural ballooning midi skirt, and even pockets a perfect red carpet detail! 

She kept the styling simple and elegant, pairing the dress with matching red strappy sandal heels and a bold gold pendant collar necklace. Her blonde blunt bob was styled in soft, effortless waves with a center part, letting the dress and her meaningful ink be the stars of the show. 

The open back of the gown showed off her large back tattoos, including a delicate vine of roses and a sweet little lamb. 

The floral design is believed to be a touching tribute to her daughter Rose Dauriac, whom she shares with ex-husband Romain Dauriac. She also shares son Cosmo with husband Colin Jost.

Beyond her iconic style, Scarlett has been open over the years about her love of tattoos. Back in 2013 she joked she had lost count of how many she has.

 In addition to her back piece, she also has a tiny four-leaf clover on her finger from a trip to Ireland with friends, and a horseshoe on her ribcage that says "Lucky You." In Ray Gunn, she voices Venus Nova, a pop star and the love interest of private detective Raymond "Ray" Gunn.

 At the festival, she told Variety how thrilled she was to finally work with director Brad Bird, saying she's a massive fan and it had long been a dream of hers to collaborate with him on anything.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
