Wike taking loans for FCT without National Assembly approval – Kingibe alleges The senator representing the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Ireti Kingibe, has alleged that the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, has been taking loans for the nation’s capital without the approval of the National Assembly. Kingibe made the allegation on Tuesday during an interview. She was discussing the FCT administration, the Abuja master plan and the oversight responsibilities of the National Assembly. 51 years old M.C Hammer real name Stanley Kirk Burrel,has filed papers in court of Appeal against a ruling that awards the I.R.S nearly $800,000 in back taxes,saying that he had already resolved the issue.He was sued three years ago by the I.R.S with his wife Stephanie,claiming he was in red to the tune of $798,033.48 for back taxes in the year 1996 and 1997.The judgement was upheld by a judge Dec 3,with a stipulation that all the M.C Hammer future royalties be forwarded to the Government until the debt is settled,that was why M.C Hammer headed to appeal court.There he stated in court documents that the previous ruling should be voided,as he had settled the red ink vis a vis the terms of a bankruptcy agreement.In the court documents,M.C Hammer lawyers asked if officials might have an error in considering details of the previous agreement.
