 COURT RESTRAINS RESIDENT DOCTORS FROM EMBARKING ON STRIKE  The national industrial court Abuja division has restrained all members and agents of the national association of resident doctors from calling, directing, organizing, participating in, and embarking upon any form of industrial action.  Justice Emmanuel Danjuma Subilim gave the order in an interim injunction filed by the federal government through the office of the attorney general of the federation and minister of justice.  The court temporally barred members of the association from embarking on any form of strike, work stoppages, go-slows, picketing, or any other form of industrial protest or disruption. The association is equally restrained from taking steps preparatory to any form of industrial action from the 12th day of january, 2026. BOKO HARAM LEADER ABUBAKA SHEKAU,SHOWS UP IN A NEW VIDEO.

                   Shekau in the latest video: AFP photo According to French News Agency,they said a man claiming to be Abubaka Shekau,the leader of the Islamic terrorist group Boko Haram has appeared in a new video,contradicting Nigerian military reports that he was killed.In the new video,the man that looks so much like Abubakar Shekau said ''Here i am,alive.I will only die the day Allah takes my breath.Some people asked you if Shekau has two souls?,No,i have one soul by Allah'',in Hausa language.The Nigerian military who said last week that the man who had been posing as Shekau in the videos had been killed in clashes over the town of Konduga.The military had also announced over a year ago that they had killed him.Hmmm,na wahooooo.More pictures below.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive. We have approached Turkey for assistance.” The President, however, stated that the delays were affecting the public’s perception of the administration’s commitment to addressing the security challenges.
