 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. BOKO HARAM LEADER ABUBAKA SHEKAU,SHOWS UP IN A NEW VIDEO.

                   Shekau in the latest video: AFP photo According to French News Agency,they said a man claiming to be Abubaka Shekau,the leader of the Islamic terrorist group Boko Haram has appeared in a new video,contradicting Nigerian military reports that he was killed.In the new video,the man that looks so much like Abubakar Shekau said ''Here i am,alive.I will only die the day Allah takes my breath.Some people asked you if Shekau has two souls?,No,i have one soul by Allah'',in Hausa language.The Nigerian military who said last week that the man who had been posing as Shekau in the videos had been killed in clashes over the town of Konduga.The military had also announced over a year ago that they had killed him.Hmmm,na wahooooo.More pictures below.
