 NUT Protest : Wike Warns Against Politicising Insecurity The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has warned against politicising insecurity amid protests by the Nigeria Union of Teachers, FCT wing, over the killing and abduction of school staff and children in Oyo State. Teachers stormed the FCTA Secretariat in Abuja to condemn the killing of Michael Oyedokun and to demand the release of abducted pupils and teachers from Community High School, Ahoro-Esinle in Oriire Local Government Area. The FCT minister addressed the protesters on Tuesday, saying the federal government is on its toes working to secure the rescue of the schoolchildren and their teachers. Wike urged protesters to avoid turning the tragedy into a political issue and to give security efforts time to produce results. LAGOS STATE GOVT GAVE N50 MILLION TO FIRST CONSULT HOSPITAL.

                    These money given to the first consultant hospital to me they deserved it because if not for that hospital and the late female doctor,Dr Stella Adedavoh,Ebola virus would have spread beyond control in Nigeria.When they admitted Patrick Sawyer {the Liberian that brought Ebola to Nigeria},they quickly reported the matter to the state government which help curtained the spread of Ebola virus in the country.The hospital also lost four of it staff including its most senior consultant,Dr Stella Adedavoh.At a news conference yesterday monday at the Bagauda Kaltho press centre,Alausa,Ikeja,Lagos,Commissioner for health,Dr Jide Idris said ''We are giving N50 million lump sum as business support gesture to first consultant medical centre.This is with a view to getting people and business back on their feet and for business to re-secure patronage of their customers.It  needs clearly be stated that this is not an attempt at compensation but a gesture of goodwill on the part of government''.More photos below.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
