 Texas woman charged with medical child abuse for falsifying toddler’s health and pushing unnecessary feeding tube surgeries A Texas woman has been charged with medical child abuse after allegedly falsifying her toddler’s medical history to pressure doctors into performing unnecessary procedures, including feeding tube surgeries, in what authorities are calling a “sickening” case. Kaitlyn Rose Laura, 31, faces charges of injury to a child and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Officials said she deliberately misled medical staff about her 3-year-old son’s health to obtain a gastrostomy tube and later a gastrojejunostomy tube, despite no documented medical need. Investigators allege that hospital staff observed the boy eating normally while Laura claimed he refused all food. Covert surveillance confirmed the child was able to eat meals without difficulty, prompting authorities to stop tube feedings. 2 ARMED ROBBERS ATTEMPTED TO ROB ECO BANK WERE SHOT DEAD BY THE POLICE IN PORT-HARCOURT.

The men shot dead by police             Yesterday wednesday,two persons suspected to be armed robbers who attempted to rob Eco bank branch by Agip junction along Ikwerre road in Port Harcourt,Rivers state were shot dead by policemen.The Rivers police command confirmed the shooting incident but did not give details,but eye witnesses said the driver of the vehicle that conveyed the suspected robbers managed to escape when the gang came under fire power from the policemen who got intelligence report of the suspected gang of robbers.Eye witnesses said ''All i heard was gunshots,the drive of the red car and the persons killed ran towards the school {Government Girls School,Rumueme} and escaped,one of them was shot dead instantly while another one who tried to escape was also shot dead''.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
