 Otti Slams Julius Abure Over Continued Sale of Labour Party Nomination Forms Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Otti, has strongly criticised the former National Chairman of the Labour Party (LP), Julius Abure, for proceeding with the sale of governorship nomination forms despite opposition from the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and subsisting court rulings. The criticism follows a viral photograph showing Abure presenting a Labour Party nomination form to a former National Vice Chairman of the party, Ceekay Igara, in the company of other party members.                    A spokesman for the Malian army,confirmed the attack in the town of Nampala,northeast of the capital Bamako,but he declined to give pressmen any details about the casualties.A Mayor named Oumar Diakite said the islamist gunmen killed at least seven Malian soldiers near the Mauntarian border,two years after France helped take back the territory seized by al-Qaeda linked militants.''The attack started at 4am.The Islamist were on motorbikes ans some were on foot.They killed seven soldiers before they were chased out of the army''.
