 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. TOP RADIO HOST DAN FOSTER PASSED AWAY THIS AFTERNOON.{PHOTOS}.#RIP

BREAKING: Dan Foster, popular radio personality, is dead
  According to sources, the veteran radio host died around 1pm on Wednesday.
“He died today around 1pm. His wife is currently at the isolation centre in Yaba as we speak,” said the source.
While the cause of his death is yet to be confirmed — as of the time this report was filed — immediate suspicion is that he died of COVID-19, the respiratory disease caused by coronavirus.
Prior to his demise, Foster, who is well known among his fans as ‘The Big Dawg’ and ‘Top Dawg’, worked with Cool FM, Inspiration FM, City FM and Classic FM.
He was a judge on ‘Nigeria’s Got Talent’ alongside Kate Henshaw, a Nollywood actress, and Yibo Koko, a comedian.
The radio personality was also a former judge of ‘Idols West Africa’ series. He held a similar position with the ‘Got Talent’ franchise.
Foster passed away days after Ibidun Ighodalo, wife of Ituah Ighodalo, senior pastor of Trinity House Church in Lagos, died of heart attack in her sleep while in Port Harcourt, capital of Rivers state.
Quite a number of Nigerians, including celebrities, have taken to social media platforms to pay their last respect as words of the radio host’s death spread.One more photo below.
