 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. SOMEONE MAILED A CALIFORNIA MAN A RATTLESNAKE, HE SAYS IT WAS ATTEMPTED HOMICIDE. (PHOTO).

 Someone mailed a California man a rattlesnake , he says it was attempted homicide.


60-year-old Elijah Bowles called 911 last week after picking up his mail from the post office. As Mr. Bowles drove away with a friend in the car he asked her if she would open a package marked fragile he had received.

When the friend opened the box she immediately cried out in alarm and threw the box. She exclaimed, "There's a snake in there!" 


Bowles quickly pulled over and removed the box from the car. He then found a stick and gingerly opened the box to reveal a 2 foot long Rattlesnake.  Whoever had sent the lethal package had placed cotton balls inside of the box in an attempt to keep the rattles quiet. 


Besides being marked fragile it also had a return address to a home in Palm Coast, Florida. However the package was mailed from Hayward, California. 

Animal control officers identified the snake as a Western Rattlesnake. The incident is being investigated by U.S Postal Inspection Unit as well as the San Bernadino Sheriff's office.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
