Trump issues pardon to former Republican congressman Stephen Buyer after insider trading conviction    President Donald Trump has issued a full pardon to former Republican congressman Stephen Buyer, who served nearly two years in prison after being convicted of insider trading tied to post-congressional consulting work. Buyer was sentenced in 2023 to 22 months in prison for illegal stock trades made while working as a consultant and lobbyist. He was ordered to forfeit more than $350,000 in ill-gotten gains and pay a $10,000 fine. He was released from custody in 2025 after his conviction was upheld, with the Supreme Court declining to take up his appeal earlier this year. KENTUCKY WOMAN ARRESTED AFTER HER MOTHER'S DISMEMBERED AND PARTIALLY COOKED REMAINS FOUND AT HOME. (PHOTOS).

Kentucky woman arrested after her mother's dismembered and partially cooked remains found at home.

Kentucky State Police were called to a home on  Briley Ridge in Robertson County early Wednesday afternoon.

Once on scene they made contact with a man who had a very disturbing story to share.

According to the man he had been hired by the property owner to do some work around the home. He informed troopers that while he and an assistant were there working the day before, the homeowners daughter was confrontational and repeatedly "cast spells" on him and his employee. Despite the distractions they were able to complete their work that day and left the home.

It was upon his arrival the next day that things had taken a tragically dark turn. According to the worker, he showed up and knocked on the door but received no answer. After waiting a few minutes he decided to have a look around the property hoping to make contact with someone so he could finish his work. As he made his way around the home he noticed what appeared to be "drag marks" in the grass.

He followed them to a sinister scene in the rear of the home. The drag marks led directly to what appeared to be dismembered remains.

Troopers on scene quickly confirmed it was in fact a torso with the arms, legs and head removed. They also discovered a folded mattress with organs and multiple body parts.

The troopers then began trying to make contact with the homeowner/victim's daughter, 32-year-old Torilena Fields. After repeated attempts to get Torilena to exit the home, troopers resorted to using tear gas. Upon entering the home they were able to take Fields into custody, however more shocking evidence was yet to come.

As authorities began searching the home they found a pot in the oven with what appeared cooked remains that were still warm.

Torilena Fields is being held at the Bourbon County Detention Center on charges of tampering with physical evidence, abuse of a corpse and obstructing governmental operations.

She will make her first appearance in court on Monday, October 14th, where she will be officially charged and additional charges may be added.
