 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable.  GOV YUSUF INAUGURATES 40 KANO LINE BUSES


Kano Line, the state owned transport company, operates multiple routes across twenty-four states in Nigeria and some neighbouring West African countries.


For several months, forty 18-seater buses in its fleet were out of operation due to various technical faults.


In line with the state government’s broader agenda to strengthen public infrastructure, create employment opportunities, and ease transportation challenges, the buses have now been fully refurbished and are ready to hit the road.


During a brief inauguration ceremony, Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf described the initiative as part of his administration’s commitment to restoring efficiency and dignity to state-owned enterprises while generating job opportunities for youths.


He assured that his government would continue to invest in key sectors to drive sustainable development and improve the welfare of the people of the state.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
