Osbourne explained that her current appearance reflects the toll of grief and illness, not cosmetic choices or weight-loss drugs, as some critics suggested. She emphasized that she is doing her best to move forward, sharing only the positive aspects of her life online.
In deleted clips, she addressed accusations of using Ozempic, firmly denying the rumors and stressing that her family is her main source of strength. Her mother, Sharon Osbourne, publicly defended her, saying Kelly’s struggles with eating were directly tied to losing her father.

She underwent gastric sleeve surgery in 2018, losing 85 pounds, and later spoke about gaining 100 pounds after welcoming her son Sidney in 2022.
